5. Political Advertisments, opposing views

After watching both video for voting yes on Prop19 and voting no on Prop19 I would have to say the first video is a lot more persuasive. It gives images and shows people who feel that if Prop 19 passed it would help them as well as thousands of others. It also gives the viewer information on how it can help California's economy because it would open more jobs and keep non criminals out of jail. I didn't like the second video because all I heard was a woman's voice. The video was only an image and didn't allow the viewer to visualize how Prop 19 can cause harm to society. Also her information was inaccurate because there will be similar rules to alcohol when it comes to marijuana. Overall if I was a viewer and had no idea what I was going to vote for, the first video would persuade me to vote yes than no.
